Getting started: the platform guide

This guide takes you from your first visit to your first managed operation: creating your account, connecting your exchange, configuring the analysis and using the dashboard. By the end you will navigate the platform without help, though your personal manager remains available for whatever is missing. It is written for someone who has never traded: if you already have experience, use it as a quick reference.

1. Introduction: what this guide gets you

Groman Pro automates trading analysis and execution, but some decisions only you can make: which strategy to activate, with how much money and with what risk limits. This guide covers the four practical steps of onboarding and ends with recommended pages to go deeper. The typical time for the whole process, from registration to the first managed operation, is one to two days, allowing for identity verification and the first deposit.

Before starting, have three things at hand: a valid official ID, access to your online banking for the deposit (Interac e-Transfer or card in Canada; SPEI in Mexico), and about twenty uninterrupted minutes for registration and the initial call with your manager.

2. Step 1: account registration

Registration happens through the form on any page of the site: full name, email, phone and a password. Use an email you check regularly: security notifications and confirmations for each step arrive there. For the password, apply the "long unique phrase" rule: a sequence of words with numbers and symbols that you use nowhere else.

After submitting the form you receive confirmation by email and your account is created on the Basic plan. Within 24 hours your personal manager calls to introduce themselves, understand your experience and goals, and schedule activation. Do not deposit anything before that call: it is your chance to resolve every doubt.

Security recommendations from minute one: turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app before anything else; check that your account email is correct; and store your password in a password manager rather than a phone note. The security page details every measure.

3. Step 2: connecting your exchange

To operate, the platform connects to the exchange where orders will be executed (Binance, Bitget, Bybit, OKX or KuCoin). The connection uses access keys that you generate in your exchange account and register in the Groman Pro dashboard. It is a five-minute task your manager can walk through by phone the first time.

When generating the key at the exchange, apply the principle of least permissions: enable only read and trade; leave the withdrawal permission off, which the platform does not need for strategies to work. If the exchange allows restricting the key to specific IP addresses, the recommended option appears in your dashboard. Store the key's secret code only in your password manager: nobody from the platform should ever ask for that secret by chat or email.

Verify the connection status in the dashboard: it should show the exchange, the linking date and the granted permissions. You can revoke the key any time from the exchange or your dashboard; strategies stop without executing further orders until you reconnect.

4. Step 3: analysis and monitoring setup

With the account active and the exchange connected, you choose what to watch and how. The platform organizes monitoring by pairs and markets: for example, BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, USD/CAD or gold. For each you can consult the system's current analysis: dominant trend, recent volatility and the active signals of the available strategies.

Configuring a strategy involves three basic decisions: the pair or set of pairs to watch; the maximum tolerated loss (the point where the strategy stops); and the notifications you want, whether for relevant moves, order executions or market state changes. You can test any strategy in the simulator with real data before activating it with money.

An honest configuration tip: start boring. Small amounts, conservative loss limits and a single pair. The temptation to activate everything at once is normal in week one; a calm month's reports teach you more than initial enthusiasm, and you can always scale up once you understand how each strategy behaves.

5. Step 4: the dashboard and daily management

The dashboard is your operations and control centre. The main view summarizes the available balance, open positions, the period's result and the status of each active strategy. From there you also: review the operation history with its justification, pause or reactivate strategies, adjust risk limits, manage sessions and active devices, and request withdrawals of the available balance.

The recommended daily routine is simple: a glance at the summary, reading the report when it arrives and a check of the alert emails. The point of automation is precisely that you do not need to stay glued to the screen: the system watches, you supervise. Real dedication time, for most users, lands under fifteen minutes a day.

Remember that pausing a strategy does not close open positions: to close them use the corresponding option in the strategy detail or discuss it with your manager. And the "available" balance is what you can withdraw; what is committed to positions is released when they close.

6. Important notes before trading

First: no outcome is guaranteed. Automated trading applies rules with discipline, but markets decide the result, and losses are as possible as gains. Second: identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are enabled; do it early so you do not wait later. Third: loss limits protect, they do not promise: in jumpy markets the fill may land near the set level. Fourth: final responsibility for decisions is yours; the platform and your manager provide information and tools, not certainties.

We recommend reading the full risk disclosure before the first deposit. It is not paperwork: it is the part of the site that best protects your money. And if anything in this guide is unclear, ask your manager: early questions prevent expensive future mistakes.
