Withdrawal policy
Withdrawing your money should be as clear as depositing it. This policy details the available methods, the real processing timelines, the applicable checks and the reasons a withdrawal can be delayed. By requesting a withdrawal you accept the conditions described here, which are part of the Terms of Use.
1. Introduction and acceptance
Your account's available balance can be withdrawn at any time, with no minimum holding periods and no penalties. This policy explains how the process works and what each stage requires. The version published on this page is the current one; every withdrawal request is governed by the policy in force at the time of the request.
2. Available withdrawal methods
In Canada you can withdraw to: your Canadian bank account by Interac e-Transfer; your registered bank account by bank wire in Canadian dollars; and Visa and Mastercard cards when your bank supports refunds. In Mexico: bank accounts by SPEI transfer, Mercado Pago and card refunds. Withdrawals are processed in your account's currency (Canadian or Mexican dollars). If your strategy operates in another currency, the conversion uses the exchange rate at withdrawal time, with the cost shown before you confirm. The per-method detail, with fees and timelines, is on the deposits and withdrawals page.
3. Processing timelines
Usual timelines in Canada: 1 to 5 business days for Interac e-Transfer, bank wire and card withdrawals, with the final posting depending on the receiving institution. In Mexico: up to 24 hours for SPEI and Mercado Pago, and 1 to 5 business days for cards. Factors that can extend them: additional security or identity checks, compliance reviews on large amounts, processor or bank outages, and periods of high market demand. Timelines count in business days; weekends and holidays do not count.
4. Fees and costs
Groman Pro charges no withdrawal fee on any available method. Third-party costs may apply: issuing-bank fees on card withdrawals or currency conversions where applicable. Every known cost appears in the withdrawal summary before you confirm the request; if a charge was not in that summary, it is not yours to pay, and any discrepancy is claimed through the complaints procedure.
5. Withdrawal limits
The minimum amount per request is $50 in your account's currency. The standard daily limit is $25,000 CAD (or the equivalent of $250,000 MXN) per business day and can be raised by completing additional identity verifications and, where applicable, information on the source of funds, in line with our KYC/AML policy. Daily operating limits may be temporarily adjusted for market conditions or maintenance, with notice on the platform.
6. KYC/AML checks
Every withdrawal requires a fully identity-verified account: valid official ID, proof of address and a liveness check. Withdrawals are also monitored under the anti-money-laundering policy: amounts unusual for your profile or atypical patterns can trigger an additional check before funds are released. These reviews protect your money and the platform's legality; they are not an arbitrary obstacle.
7. Reasons for delay or rejection
A withdrawal can be delayed or rejected for: incomplete or wrong bank details; expired or pending identity verification; mismatches between the account holder and the withdrawal destination (withdrawals go to the holder's name, no exceptions); an active compliance review; documents that do not meet requirements; or technical or regulatory causes beyond our control. In each case you are informed of the reason and what is needed to resolve it. Rejection of a request does not cancel your balance: the funds remain in your account until they can be withdrawn correctly.
8. User responsibility
It is your responsibility to verify the destination details before confirming: account number or wire details, bank or wallet, and the holder name exactly as it appears on your ID. A transfer sent to wrong details can be impossible to recover. Also check that your bank account is active and accepts transfers. If you spot an error after confirming, notify us immediately.
9. Cancelling or modifying a request
You can cancel or modify a withdrawal request while its status is "under review", from your dashboard or by asking your manager. Once the withdrawal moves to "processing" it is already in the banking pipeline and cannot be stopped; at that point the only path is to wait for the posting or, if the details were wrong, to start the claim with your bank. Requests under compliance review cannot be cancelled from the dashboard until the review concludes.
10. Support
To check a withdrawal's status or report a delay: your personal manager during service hours, or [email protected] with the subject "Withdrawal" and your request number. We reply within the first business hour; if the published withdrawal timeline has already passed, your case is prioritized that same day.
11. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in payment methods, regulatory requirements or operating conditions. Changes are published on this page at least fifteen calendar days before taking effect, and material changes are additionally emailed to active users. The current version's date is shown in the document itself and can be requested in writing at any time.
