1. Use of the website and the services

Groman Pro (hereinafter "the platform") provides technology tools and information related to the automated trading of financial and digital assets. The site describes the services, allows user registration and gives access to the trading dashboard. You may use the services if you are over 18, legally able to contract, and resident in a jurisdiction where using these services is legal.

Registration requires truthful, up-to-date details. The platform may request identity verification under its KYC/AML policy and limit features until it is complete. It is your responsibility to keep your credentials and your third-party access keys confidential.

2. Limitations

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access: outages may occur for maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure. Site content is informational and marketing material; nothing published constitutes personalized investment advice or an offer of securities. Past or simulated trading results do not guarantee future results, and every trade involves risk of loss.

Automated functions execute rules defined by the user and by the chosen strategies; their performance depends on market conditions outside the platform's control. The projections shown in the site calculator are illustrative and are not a forecast.

3. Marketing and commercial communications

By registering you agree to receive operational communications (confirmations, security alerts, service notices) and, unless you state otherwise, informational emails about the platform and its services. You may cancel commercial communications at any time using the link included in every email or by requesting it at [email protected]; operational communications cannot be cancelled because they are part of your account's security.

4. Intellectual property

The Groman Pro name, logo, texts, illustrations, site design, dashboard software and associated marks are the property of the platform or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use of the materials for informational purposes is permitted with attribution.

5. Confidentiality

Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Your registration, verification and operating data are used to provide the service, meet applicable legal obligations and protect the platform's security. The platform applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites, such as exchanges or payment providers, included for informational purposes. Those sites have their own policies and practices, over which the platform has no control or responsibility. A link does not imply endorsement of the third party or its services. You access them at your own judgement and risk.

7. Prohibited use

By using the platform you agree not to: break the law or these terms; use the site for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other unlawful activity; send spam, unsolicited mass communications or harmful material; attempt unauthorized access to the platform's systems, accounts or networks, or disrupt its operation through attacks on the infrastructure; infringe the intellectual property rights of the platform or third parties; impersonate other persons; or use robots, scripts or automated means to extract content or interact with the site without authorization. Breach may lead to account suspension or cancellation and to any resulting legal action.

8. Support

The official service channel is [email protected], available Monday to Friday 9:00–20:00 Eastern Time, in addition to your personal manager. Incidents are handled according to the timelines published on the contact page, and complaints follow the formal procedure on the corresponding page. Support never asks for passwords or verification codes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform grants no warranties of investment outcome, continuous service availability, or absolute accuracy of market information, which comes from third parties and may contain errors or delays. Automated tools can fail for technical or market reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot be legally excluded in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's liability for claims related to the services is limited, in aggregate, to the fees actually paid by the user to the platform in the six months before the triggering event. The platform is not responsible for investment losses arising from market behaviour, indirect damages or lost profits, or acts of third parties, including fraud that impersonates its name. Where these limitations do not apply, local legal provisions govern.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold the platform, its partners and its personnel harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services or your violation of others' rights. This commitment does not apply where the claim derives from an act directly attributable to the platform.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by the applicable law in the jurisdictions where the platform provides its services (Canada and Mexico). If a clause is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Any modification is published on this page and takes effect upon publication; for material changes to economic or service conditions, registered users are additionally notified by email at least fifteen calendar days in advance. Continued use of the site after changes are published implies acceptance.
